For all professionals interested in career advancement, networking is an important skill. Depending on your ability to achieve and lasting relationships with many people is one of the easiest ways to make your position and status in advance. It does not happen by chance, and it takes practice to ensure effective networking come into play
The network should be considered a form of creation of social relations. Looking at it only as a means of promoting your career, or a sale is a sure way to get all the relationships you build are able to destroy. Network is not just what you are doing the connection, but also on what you give. This is one reason why many fail to networking events and meetings.
